INGREDIENTS
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
2-3 ripe mashed bananas
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 tablespoons maple syrup or agave
2 cups oat flour (blended oats)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
METHOD
Oven at 180 degrees
1. Blend the oats (I did it in my ninja)
2. Add baking powder & cinnamon
3. Add all wet ingredients and blend again
4. Add choc chips at the end
5. Pour mixture in cupcake tin
* make sure you grease tin before putting in mixture – I used coconut oil spray
6. Bake for 20-30 mins or golden brown
