This week we had the lovely Jade Barnett submit her awesome protein ball recipe to the blog. Jade is a full time mummy of 3, works part time and a full time wife who loves running regularly and is currently getting back into training ready for another triathlon. So always on the go!! These are perfect for a go to healthy snack you can just keep in the fridge – my favourite thing! 😀
Jade’s Just do it Protein Balls
1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy – whichever you like best) OR try using Mayvers all natural Peanut Cacao Spread available in health food isles.
3 tbsp honey
1 cup of protein powder (choc flavour)
1/2 cup of oatbran
Mix all of the above ingredients together. Roll into balls and use 1 cup of shredded coconut to coat the balls.
Refrigerate until nice and firm and enjoy!
