We all love our snacks, and we love them even more when they are GOOD for us and EASY to make. These Oat and Date Balls are both. WIN-WIN!!
3 cups of rolled oats
½ cup of milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbs coconut oil
1/2 cup pitted and chopped dates
Mix together all ingredients by hand.
Form into balls (the amount you make will depend on the size of the ball).
Ready to eat straight away or store in fridge.
