Enjoy hassle free gift shopping with our extended returns and exchanges now until 31st Jan, 2022. If the items aren’t quite right we offer a full refund or exchange (subject to availability) for goods purchased if returned within this time frame. Items marked down on our sale page will be issued a store credit that won’t expire or exchange (full priced items purchased with a discount code are still applicable for refunds). Contact-less Delivery with COVID-19 restrictions

All online orders are dispatched via Australia post and with ‘No signature required’ so minimal to no contact will be necessary upon delivery at your premises. We are practising good social distancing techniques with our regular courier drivers and are also taking extra care in personal sanitisation in our warehouse to ensure your goods are dispatched in the safest way possible.

Currently there are no delays from our warehouse or Australia Post in Australia however due to current COVID-19 restrictions there could be some delays to deliveries.
Other overseas destinations may be experiencing restrictions or delays on postage in your country please contact us by emailing info@runfastergear.com.au if you would like to discuss before placing your order.

Shipping in Australia

We offer FREE Express shipping in Australia over $50, Smaller value orders are charged at a $10 flat fee. Your order will be dispatched from Sydney Metro within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped, along with tracking information so you can track your parcel. All orders are sent via Express Post which may take up to 1-3 days for delivery, depending on your location within Australia.

Australia Post will deliver straight to your door. If the delivery driver deems it safe they will try to leave your package at the delivery address in a safe spot. Please let us know in the order comments if there are any special delivery instructions to assist the driver in delivering your package safely eg. please leave at front door behind pot plant. However if un-deliverable, a calling card will be placed in your letter box or at your front door to notify you that your parcel is ready to collect at your nearest post office. If possible, have your order delivered to a work address or somewhere that someone will be available to accept.

International Shipping

New ZealandFree EXPRESS Shipping when you spend over $75. Smaller value orders are charged at a $10 flat fee. Usually approx 2-4 days. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped with tracking information.

Other international countries – Free standard shipping when you spend over $150. Smaller value orders are charged at a $20 flat fee. Delivery time frame is approx 7-14 business days from dispatch, however some destinations may take longer. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped with tracking information.

Please keep in mind that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Australia. Any extra charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
