Weet-Bix Balls

Need a 3pm pick-me-up? These little balls of energy are the answer to that afternoon slump and with only 4 ingredients, they are super simple and quick to make. Big thanks to Nutritionist Tammy Mond for our monthly recipe.


12 Weet-Bix biscuits
400g condensed milk
100g desicated coconut
50g Milo powder


Crush the Weet-Bix (I used a food processor for this).
In a bowl add the crushed Weet-Bix, condensed milk, Milo powder and desicated coconut.
Mix well to combine.
Roll into balls.
Roll balls in extra coconut if you have some.
Let balls sit in fridge for about an hour before eating.
