A healthy twist on choccy mousse - yes please! Another yummy treat thanks to Nutritionist Tammy Mond.

Ingredients
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 20g cacao powder
  • Touch of vanilla extract
  • Berries or nuts for toppings
Method
  1. Remove peel of avocado and remove seed.
  2. Put avocado into food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Add honey, cacao and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix until all the ingredients have blended together.
  5. Place berries or nuts of choice on top.
