Afternoon Tea sorted! Another quick and easy YUMMY snack, thanks to Nutritionist Tammy Mond.

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1 tbs butter
1 egg
1.5 cups self-raising flour
2 tbs milk
1 pinch salt
Dark chocolate chips (optional)

Method
1. Prepare a muffin tray.
2. Preheat oven to 180C.
3. Whisk egg.
4. Mash the bananas.
5. Combine the egg and bananas together and mix.
6.Add remaining ingredients and mix.
7. Pour mixture in prepared muffin tray.
8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden in colour.
