- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2-3 ripe mashed bananas
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup or agave
- 4 cups oat flour (blended oats)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Blend the oats (I did it in my ninja)
- Add baking powder & cinnamon
- Add all wet ingredients and blend again
- Add choc chips at the end
- Pour mixture in cupcake tin (make sure you grease tin before putting in mixture - I used coconut oil spray)
- Bake for 20-30 mins or until golden brown
