This is so good, you'll want to eat it straight away! 

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen mango, chopped
  • 1 tsp Agave nectar or alternative of choice
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Option to add 1/2 frozen banana too.

Instructions

  1. Place mango, agave nectar and yoghurt into a food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Pour into ice cream moulds and place in freezer.
  3. Keep in freezer for a few hours before serving.
